Offers for organisations

Workshop offers

Since the association was founded in March 2016, kulturgrenzenlos e.V. has been organising various projects to promote intercultural exchange between young people with and without a refugee background. Based on years of experience in this work, kulturgrenzenlos e.V. now also offers interactive workshops on various topics, such as public relations, intercultural sensitisation or participatory event planning. The workshops can be booked by associations, universities, voluntary service providers and other organisations. We are happy to provide information on our prices on request. The aim of this workshop programme is to share the experience gained with other interested parties and thus create a fruitful exchange and learning space for everyone. The length, content and objectives of the workshops are adapted and organised as required. We also regularly offer workshops for our participants. You can find them in our event calendar.

Our workshop topics

Targets

Understanding culture as individual and non-static, space to reflect on one’s own culture(s) and familiarisation with methods for self-reflection. Furthermore, recognising prejudices, reinforcing and reducing insecurities in new situations.

Content:

In the workshop, an understanding of the terms ‘culture’ and ‘interculturality’ will be developed. The question of what is meant by ‘culture’ and what characterises individual cultures will be explored together. They will also work out how stereotypical thought patterns can be broken down and how an open, culturally sensitive approach to intercultural situations can be developed. Participants also deal with the topic of ‘intercultural misunderstandings’. This can help participants to act more openly and impartially, even in unfamiliar situations.

In addition to theoretical input and participatory methods, there are also interactive exercises in large and small groups. This workshop enables active learning with and from each other.

Ann-Christin

  • Rolle im Projekt:
Projektkoordinatorin im Projekt “CoCo – Cooking Connects”
  • Was motiviert dich, bei uns mitzuarbeiten?

  • Was bedeutet dir interkultureller Austausch?
